Do I have to purchase seats for every member in my team?
Absolutely not! Unlike many apps, at Dataflo we do not follow a price per seat model. We believe the entire GTM team should have complete visibility into the metrics and KPIs that drive growth without having to pay additional costs. Add as many users as you’d like!
How frequently is the dashboard data updated?
The dashboard data is refreshed at a daily frequency in the Starter plan and at a hourly frequency in the Growth plan.
Is my data secure with Dataflo?
Our biggest priority is and always will be the security of your data. Our servers are hosted with Amazon and we have a dedicated data team who work round the clock to give you a smooth and secure experience.
How long does it take to connect a Data source?
Any new user should be able to get up and running in under 10 minutes! This includes creating dashboards, setting up integrations, and choosing the metrics you want to see.
What does the row count limit mean?
Row count refers to the total number of records you have across the data sources. You can process upto one million records in the Starter plan and upto three million records in the Growth plan.
What does the historical data sync refer to?
Historical data sync referes to the timeline of old records Dataflo can pull from a particular data source. This might depend on the data sources and the kind of account you have there.
What is the Google Sheets power-up?
Google Sheets power-up is Dataflo's Google Sheets add-on which allows you to automatically pull your data from multiple data sources into your Google Sheets for complex calculations. It is available as part of the Growth plan.
